I recently got a Japod like the one you tested, in my everyday usage it's made the difference between "dead before I go to sleep" and "still alive when I go to sleep".
I even left it on overnight (GSM, not connected to gprs or wifi) without charging, it was still alive when I woke up, but had less than 1% remaining. So that's almost 24hours with one charge, using autodisconnect and not leaving on 3G or wifi.
(My original Nokia battery only takes about 90% of original capcity anymore)
But now I want a scud instead.
