aie aie aie No it's not normal it should take less than one minute. something happened to me quite the same installing avatar one week ago, I closed before it was finished, and had this also for 1 hour or so, so I got bored and didn't wait till the end and I had to reflash also with vanilla, I didn't want to search too long for the solution, but I suggest you wait till it's running over and see if it works.
