I think in the end of this year, that will be not enough:

- Capacitive screen
- 1GB RAM

To be the best of the best, I think to the end of this year, we'll want that:
- SAMOLED screen with 1600x1280
- Multipoint resistive touchscreen or capacitive touchscreen with a special stylus.
- 1GB DDR2 RAM or 2GB RAM
- 2 GHz dual core processor
- A real GPU
- 64GB mass storage
- Stereo speakers with Surround emulation
- irda port
- L/R buttons, to play vidéo games
- USB host mode
- A good battery life
- Possibility to change the battery
- Slim phone

For that, i'm agree :
- HDMI port and VGA support
- Keyboard (with up and down arrows for AZERTY please !)
- Bluetooth 3
- Wi-Fi
- Stereo speakers
- Micro USB port
- Video calling
- 5Mpx front camera
- 12MPx camera with multi facing detection
- Possibility to take photos with front camera

Don't forget iPhone 5 will be release and dual-core phone arrive!
N950 have to be better, harder, faster but not stronger!
