It would seem that claims of 'fragmentation' are somewhat overstated, however, I wonder how this will change when v2.3 hits the market en-mass as v2.1/2.2 was part of Android's explosive growth.

I would bet that at 86% for a major version (v2), android is actually less fragmented than other popular smartphone OSs.

This lets developers make important decisions about targeting their apps based on actual user statistics. This is a very good idea.
Wow, look at all those stats made available to their community.

And where can we find (any sort of data) on maemo/MeeGo apps on Ovi??
