Try the Theremin app (musical instrument), Rockbox (media player), or if you're in the mood for an adventure, try Easy Debian - it lets you run Linux desktop apps from the Debian repositories on it. I particularly like Linux Multimedia Studio and The GIMP. With a little adapter, you can even use a USB keyboard, mouse, thumb drive, webcam or whatever in Host mode. I'd love to have a spare N800, so if you happen to get bored of it, let me know :P Otherwise, I'm more than happy to share some "hacks" - there's tons of stuff you can do with it. I like to say it's still better than an iPod Touch hardware-wise - when it comes to software, sometimes you have to be creative... IcedRobot, QEMU, Wine, DOSBox, etc. greatly expand the software library.
