Because WEP cracking is the TRUE test of a good and useful handset device. And WEP is so widespread, too!

heheh There are threads, if you'll look around, where mainly the discussion isn't around whether aircrack tools aren't available in Android, it's mainly revolving around whether the wifi chipset will or won't allow promiscuous mode. Depending on which hardware you have, you might just be able to get a Debian or Ubuntu installed onto that handset and do aircrack. Woopdy-doo, though.
