Sipgate has been showing that error message from at least the day when Google announced that Gizmo5 accounts are set for closure on April 3rd.

There are some other sip providers out there that give free incoming calls and numbers. I remember seeing some threads on t.m.o. that gave some of these options when Gizmo5 shutdown news came along.
