apt-get install --reinstall kernel-power-settings
Currently you are running with the bleeding edge WiFi driver hence the -wl1 suffix on the kernel-power. You may want to reinstall the bleeding edge drivers afterwards. kernel-power-settings is dependant on kernel-power so will install it as an unmet dependency. If not you can manually re-install using
