I use a QBW for that, it's at 69% full
(since removing fastsmsevo, so far it hasn't happened. it did happen before i installed it but apparently only after twimgo, with its memory leak)

Edit: phone was in my pocket, doing nothing, now it's beeping away with the memory notification. so it's not fastsms
