wmTaskSwitcher currently has the big white 'blob' with a small, discreet circle in it. My suggestion is to keep that small circle but get rid of the white 'blob' that surrounds it.
Similarly, when an app is open the circle turns to a horizontal line. Again, keep that line but remove the 'blob' behind it.
