FPS seems like it could be well done using the gyro for quick aiming in place of the mouse. There would be a learning curve, and I don't expect a 1 to 1 mapping of physical movement to on-screen movement, but I suspect that it could work if done right and contend with the mouse. Of course your arms would probably get tired holding the tablet up.*
* I used to play a LOT of FPS.

Of course Android supports keyboard and mouse, so traditional controls are possible.

I really like the idea of co-op gaming. The iPad does this, though I've not seen a really cool usage of the tech. The again, I don't know too much about iPad gaming!
