worked for me. I did not try the rest. note: it appears there are typos on the page the repository is called chinook not chinnok as listed on the page.

I just tried Knips (camera snapshots) from that repository and it works. Someone was looking for a camera app the other day, now there is one.

Unfortunately it is still using very little jpeg compression... files are close to 300KB each for a 640x480 low quality image. IMHO, if the camera can't take good pictures, then at least compress them a reasonable amount (eg. 80% quality brings it well under 100KB) so that they don't waste a lot of space and are more suitable for direct attachment to an email. Edit: Suggestion sent to author.
