Best of all, because it's entirely nothing but eInk display, you could (by software) decide whether to have a black phone, a white phone, or any kind of a design all over the phone. Suddenly makes choose your desktop wallpaper on your current Android phone look stupid now, doesn't it? ...oh my God... ANIMATED SHELL!

Apple people! You can have your choice of WHITE... or BLACK with ANY unit!! Also, it can tell you when you're holding it wrong.
This is indeed a cool concept. The phone that has adaptable skins... Very nice indeed!

Take it a step further, and have a phone that has capacitive touch sensors on the side, so that when you pick it up, it wakes up automatically, and goes to sleep when you let it go. No more timers. Of course, there would be a power button for times when you're wearing gloves.

Also, make the entire face the display. Whatever has to be done to eliminate the bezel, do it!
