Sorry if this was mentioned or asked before (i'm kinda new here ).

Is there any way to backup a firmware image installed on the device?
The unit i have was shipped with 2.2005.45-7, i've installed the 3.2005.51-13 from Nokia's site, but i'm not that impressed with it.

It may handle memory usage better, but is noticably slower (when starting apps, opening mails, PDFs etc.), so i'd like to downgrade back to 2.2005.45-7. Since i have an access to another 770 with that version installed, some way of "backing up" it's firmware would help. Either that or a download link to 2.2005.45-7
