I guess I should call Nokia support.
Could be a software problem, however other people have reported similar symptoms before their port fell out. I'd suggest backing up your data (maybe use backup menu to create an image so you can restore to exactly as it was when you created the image), doing a full flash to get it in a clean state and see if your problem persists, then you'll know for sure if it is hardware or software.
