Kind of a double post, but got a bit lost in the other wireless tethering thread... But yes, as it says really, all was fine, then did an update of both the kernel and MHS and since then it has stopped working. The network sometimes shows up on the laptop but I can never actually connect... Tried uninstalling and re installing both... Someone mentioned copying a .ko file which i searched info on with not much success.. I didn't have to do anything special like that last time i installed mobile hotspot, i just can't figure it out.. tried to look for it on my fone but couldn't find a search tool on my fone... Can anyone provide me step by step instructions, and maybe a copy of the required .ko file, or even tell me which .ko it is? Any help would be greatly appreciated..
