This screenshot shows qbw, but dcew is the same principle. Add the widget to your desktop, touch the screen at the top right and press the settings cog. Click on the spanner for dcew and this screen will come up ( or similar) Title is whatever you want to call it - cpu- or whatever and in the command box, type the command - or copy and paste from the wiki and click save.
Note - There are already some commands pre-installed with the widget.
