That's basically SpeedCrunch. It's by far the best incarnation of a multi-use calculator I saw. If you're a button fan, use the TI emulator for that buttony feel. Myself, I'm way more comfortable with a command line and C-like or Delphi-like syntax.

Push the desktop shortcut, type 1+1 and get the hint that says "1+1=2". OSK and all.
