However I think I shall put my wallet down and wait for the HTC 7" Flyer.

The specs are much more appealing, aluminium body, 1.5 GHz processor (not sure if it has Tegra though) and 1G RAM. Also I prefer to have a HTC device over Samsung

I am sorry if this is old news but I only pop by from time to time. And each time the Thread has grown by 20 pages, too fast for me to catch up.

I guess I have answered my own question regarding the future for 7" tablets. It looks good.
No apologies needed, brother! Your posts are always welcome and enjoyed!

The HTC Flyer is looking extremely good, and I too am interested in it. It seems to have a 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor in it. If it's the same as the MSM8660 w/ Adreno 220, then I'm sold on the performance. EDIT: I'm quite sure that it's not the MSM8660, as I now recally that the Flyers SoC has a single-core.

The pen input looks to be a killer feature for me, though it depends on how it's implemented. I do however, love the form of the Tab 8.9" and the Samsung Stick (bluetooth handset), so it's a toss up.

I try to post so that you can just read headlines, if you're interested in Android news, so feel free to quickly glance back a few pages to catch up on whats generally happening.
