Nothing to worry about, you're modifying the /floppy dir AFTER you have mounted the partition, so you're editing the mounted file. floppy is just a folder used to prepare the chroot.
Something which can be usefull: when you chroot your sdk image, you can access the opt partition only by going to /home/opt and not directly with the link /opt.
