Installation Instructions and Screenshots Below
I'm not really good at making my own theme, so I edited and combined a couple of different ones, credit goes to their respective authors. Hope you like my sample edits.
It's the original Nokia N Series theme, with some edits to the Calendar and changes to the Clock, Media Player and App Manager Wallpaper, as well as a completely new Lock Screen.
Also used some icons and calendar images from the M4rina D4rk theme, so credit goes to the author there.
The lock screen is the only thing that is my own work, but it was inspired by Actus Reus theme, so credit goes there.

I've only uploaded 5 screen shots in the attachments, click the above link to get the full view of the theme and exactly what it will look like on your device - got around 18 screenies there.
Please let me know what you guys think, comments, negative or positive are appreciated.
Enjoy!

Step 1:
Extract all 4 zip files to desktop and use WinSCP to log into n900 root folder.
Step 2:
Firstly for the theme to be available, copy the alpha_icons folder from your desktop straight into /usr/share/themes on the n900 using WinSCP
Step 3:
Secondly for the icons to be available, copy the iOS-Icons folder from your desktop straight into /usr/share/icons
Note:
Remember to click "copy" and not "move" because if the connection gets interrupted, you can simply re-establish connection, and copy the folders over again and just click "yes to all" to overwrite previous files, to ensure theme/icons are installed properly.
Step 4:
Copy the Hands-v32-h264 to /usr/share/hildon-welcome/media for the new boot screen.
Step 5:
Once you have done that, use Theme Customizer and select
Nseries iOS X
under the Theme section and select the
iOS-Icons
under the Icon Theme section. Tick the "auto-reboot after saving settings" box and then click "Apply Changes". Wait for it to do it's thing and it will reboot.
You're almost there! Check out that new screen...
Note:
If you don't want to use the Nseries theme, following the above steps would enable you to have the iOS-Icons package, so you can use iOS icons with any theme of your choice as well.
Step 6:
Copy osso-system-lock.mo file into
one
of the following locations:
/usr/share/locale/en_GB/LC_MESSAGES -
if you use the UK ENGLISH language on your N900
or copy the same file to:
/usr/share/locale/en_US/LC_MESSAGES -
if you use the US ENGLISH language on your N900
Only copy the above file in
one of the above
locations, not both, depending on which english language you use, US or UK english. I have not tested this file in other languages so I strongly suggest you do not try to copy it in any locations, other than those listed above.
Note:
This is the most crucial and important step to follow, so read and execute carefully! Be warned if you mess this up, it could corrupt certain things on the N900, such as the Settings menu stuck in an infinite loop of "Internal Application Error".
I learned this the hard way, so I strongly suggest you make a backup of the original file before copying my edited file into the desired location. That way, even if you do mess up, you can simply copy the original file back into it's location and fix any problems within seconds!
This file will simply remove the "Swipe to Unlock" text from underneath the Lock Slider. It's a useful mod in my opinion and essential because of the way I have designed the Lock Screen for this theme.
Final Note:
The battery widget and the battery, wifi, reception and lock icons on the Lock Screen are just gimmicks photo shopped into the actual Lock Screen. So they are just cosmetic. But the slider works perfectly!
Maybe someone more intelligent than me could use my lock screen as an inspiration and actually find a way to have real icons there?
