uh oh, "video chatting" sounds ominous. They probanly meant gtalk and skype video calls..

However, I wouldn't be surprised if 3gp had a thing called "video chatting" too, just as they have 3g video sharing, 3g IM, 3g voice messaging (PTT), etc...
