These steps do not work for me to answer a call in time, the call always goes to voicemail.

There must for sure be a short cut. What am I missing?

This a real shortcoming with the GrandCentral scheme. This is what will cause people to not use GrandCentral ( unless they change this ). The call screeening function of the GrandCentral gets in the way!

I was using GrandCentral for months, and this call screener just causes too many issues. Don't bother with it until Google gets GrandCentral to change the way it works to make it more viable (user friendly).
