I'd be pretty annoyed if I had bought an n900 on a 24 month contract, and then it didn't work, and then have to pay £35 pm for something that is no use to me. Have you spoken to the people who arranged the contract, and pointed out that the n900 stopped working. Presumably the contract is dependent on you having a phone to make use of it - if the phone they supplied is not working, surely they would have to replace it with something else? They must have arranged some form of insurance - in which case, can you claim for a replacement under the insurance, if it is broken?
