i did call them and said there is nothing we can do for you, take it to a phone shop and fix it.. annoying i thou they ganna try to help me but they didnt do anything..

i will take it to a phone shop and if they said we cant fix... i will call them back and tell them "am i paying £35 a month for nothin" ..
