For android, yes because of Ads inside the game. For pre, its not free. We are using the pre version. Also TMO is something Nokia does not want anymore, so why give them reasons to shut it down? They can easily say "we dont support maemo anymore and the forums were meetingplace for hackers and software pirates so we shut it down". Sounds reasonable?
