I also still seem to be having an issue with modest... It appeared on the last CSSU update and unfortunately this one didn't fix it

I have tried completely purging modest and reinstalling with no luck. Chowning the folder modest stores data in, deleting the folder itself and seeing what happens. Still crashing with the "Internal Error: Email Application Closed"

Anyone possibly help me debug this?

ps. I tried to get strace and do a trace of what happens with modest but I cant even install strace, and I have enabled the dev tools repo but still won't install :S
