Yes, I'm using the Qt Creator. Should those libs be installed even if I'm under Windows?

I didn't really prepare my building environment, I just installed the Qt SDK. How do I add the sdk repo on Windows?

I skipped the step of installing the libqtm-* on my N900, but I don't think it has anything to do with my problem...
