I never purchased this plan. I can tether. but when I go to Youtube.com, T-Mobile seems to throttle the my speed since I don't have tethering included into my Even More Plus Plan. Can someone second opinion on this? Do you really need $15/month to tether with T-mobile without they throttle the account. My data is below 5GB soft cap they have. Only conclusion I can think of Youtube.com choking up on me is because T-mobile is throttling my account since I don't have $15/month tethering add on.
