When you do this troubleshooting, be sure all other applications are closed on your N800. Run only Skype. It would be smart to shut off all other computers on your network too. Make your setup as simple / minimal as possible. When Skype starts working properly, add one computer at a time and retest. That way if something goes South you'll have an idea of what caused it ( the last thing you did was related ). Disconnect all other switched, hubs and routers on your network. Just use the minimum stuff to get your N800 to connect to the wild.
