Can you browse to repository.maemo.org in the web browser? The IP address it's mapped to there is for Tata Teleservices Limited, so either they're hosting a mirror of the repository, or your DNS resolution is messed up. If the latter, you could try manually setting the DNS servers to the Google ones (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).
