hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum and really need some help! yesterday I tried to install Mer. The other version maemo five. I couldn't do it and the bootloader program in the device has really buggered it up I was really upset and when I tried to do the firmware update; the device keeps on disconnecting itself. It will only stay connected to my computer for a maximum of thirty seconds before turning off and windows 7 makes the disonnection sound. I only bought it the other week on ebay and I paid all the money in my account at the time to get it. Being only 17, I dont have a job and no money. Any help would be deeply appriciated
