Whenever I try this, it takes like 30 seconds to startup and is generally laggy and near unusable to use. Is it always like this, or just for me?

Also, I find it hard to use the stylus. theres tiny scratches in my screen and using the stylus just makes it feel worse and gives it a "scratchy" feel.
