I ordered mine on the 9th of Feb and it was listed in-stock and ready for shipping.
It didn't ship until the 16th. They said there was some sort of delay with verification of the credit card and that the verification department processes the orders first in first out. Which struck me as somewhat ridiculous as it shouldn't take 5 days verify a card. In any case, it took me calling and prodding them into action to get it shipped. Somewhat annoyed, but it's still cheaper than CompUSA, at whom I'm pissed just for selling it over for more than MSRP. That and the tax free stores in Deleware seemed to be out of stock all the time.
