I compiled some modules directly on N900 (and whole kernel too

You need to run:
make -C /usr/src/kernel-power-headers/ M=/targets/FREMANTLE_ARMEL/usr/src/rtl8187_linux_26.1010.0622.2006/ieee80211/ modules CC=gcc
