I don't know and suppose NOT, because in the package date it says July 2010 and power kernel 46 was published few months later. But there is that 46 version with framebuffer enabled, and with more patches. However, it does NOT have bleeding edge wifi drivers compiled and source is different from simple power kernel 46, so it may be not possible to compile these drivers into it(you have to try yourself, but don't use power kernel 46 sources, get them from this modified version maintainer instead). They will be included in the future as far as I understand, so it won't be necessary to compile them by ourselves later (just install this kernel, bleeding edge precompiled I can't wait for that version when it comes out). Also, author of that package wants to be maintainer of power-kernel package in extras I guess, he contacted Titan even but he didn' reply.
