I had some sort of screw up and had to reflash; before, i had Maemo Synaptic, and it beat the hell out of HAM and even worked better than fapman; but now when i try to install it, apt-get complains about dependencies, with aptitude (which i can only use via command line, the gui segfauts), it goes thru the dependency chain but finally reaches a dead end:
Code:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  docbook-xml: Depends: sgml-data (>= 2.0.2) which is a virtual package.
How can i fix that, or otherwise have Maemo synaptic working? Do i need to sucessfully install Easy Debian first? (i've been having a bit of difficulties with that, every time either it fails, or during the image install process somthing goes bad and the device reboots with MyDocs turned readonly requiring me to reach for a Windows machine to recover it)
