Menu launcher works: mypaint:0.9.1-maemo4

It is possible upgrade from mypaint.0.8 (or .0.9).
It is possible to install mypaint0.9 to fresh phone.
(If you encounter issue, make report).

When starting from menu launcher. After clicking it loads about 7 seconds, then it disappears and desktop is shown for another 7 seconds and then MyPaint starts.
(Starting might be faster if you delete some brushes, who wants test?)

I think MyPaint is primarily used with stylus, not finger. So I'm not sure is there more harm than benefits to hildonize menus (there are so many entries that they do not easily fit).
