Good choice. Samsung makes quality and stylish hardware. I'm not sure about the hardware that this device will be packing, but I'm betting that it's running an Exynos under the hood as that's Samsungs current SoC of choice.

Details including the screen size are a mystery. Though you can expect that at least the thing will be pretty, and have quality components.

With a competitive price point, Amazon could have the chops to take on the industry greats. With their Bookstore/Appstore/Musicstore/VoD store/etc, they have a killer offering for consumers looking for an easy to use tablet for all of their needs.

I'm very interested to see what comes next..
