Thanks for the response, All that I can find is an account #, which I tried along with my password with and without the @domain and it still just attempts a sign in for a few seconds then stops and posts the new SIP account with the "not signed in" subtext. I've emailed sipgate asking for some instructions, but could it be that there's some kind of lock on SIP accounts either from my service provider or some program I haven't installed on my phone?
