Which leads to another feature request... Sometimes I don't want to translate. Sometimes I just want to do OCR. If you do work toward making a package to do this on the N900, having a non-translate option would be nice. (eg, just do the OCR and present it in the current language...)

One other thought: What is the "server" running on now? I assume a PC running Linux or Windows? Would it be possible in the short term to package/zip/tar/vmware up the files and setup info needed to set up another server for this, say on a home PC? That could be useful too, both to lower load on your server, to serve as a backup, etc.
