Ok /dev/mmcblk0p1 seems to be still there and is fat32. Now I think(90% sure) it's a case of filesystem corruption.

Please try running this command from xterm

fsck.vfat -a /dev/mmcblk0p1

Note this will run for a very long time so stick it to your charger and let it finish
after it's done restart your phone and check if MyDocs is back.

If still no then go to fdisk again
Command (m for help): d
Partition number (1-3): 1
Command (m for help): n
press p to select primary partition
First cylinder(1-#####, default 1): 2
then again press enter to auto select

Command (m for help): press t
Partition number (1-5): Select 1
Hex code (type L to list codes): type 0c and press enter

Lastly press W to commit changes then reboot
