It seems that the Official Google Docs for Android has arrived!

It looks to incorporate the Honeycomb 'Action Bar' along the top, which is pretty cool.

It also brings along with it OCR which is a novel feature.

... but I still think this could be as easily served as a web-app, just formatted for a smaller screen...
