Are you trying this as root? Why not just using Application Manager?

did you install bass to internal or external card? The log says that the install dir is in read-only mode. Can you write to either of the sd cards?

Yes I was root at the time and Yes the external sd is read only for some reason. I need to find my mini Sd to SD adapter to change that. I think my problem may have been caused by the read only, plus I tried to uninstall the game deb (beneath-a-steel-sky) before trying to uninstall SCUMMVM.

Further, now my application manager is not providing accurate file size information. I tried the deborphan cleanup command in xterm along with varrious other commands to uninstall and purge these packages.

I think I will just reflash since I dont have many custome tweaks.

Problem is the read only sd card, I don't know if reflash is going to help with that.
