I'm not 100% use but where is your firmware number.. for instance i run the middle east version which is 003 so when I flash mine looks like this ..
flasher -3.5 -F RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2.003_PR_COMBINED_003_ARM.bin -f -R , ..then hit enter..make sure your in flash mode..

@ N900: Battery low. N950: torx 4 re-used once and fine; SIM port torn apart

Administrator permissions?
And, have you hold 'u' pressed while connecting turned off N900 to the PC?
And, have you tried taking the battery out?
I just don't know what else...
Have you completely downloaded the x.bin file? Maybe, it's 0kB?
EDIT: And permissions of the file?

First of all I want you to know that I have read the wiki, and I did it step by step but nothing helped. I also read other threads but i didný find a answer
When I try to flash and put the command:
flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE-20.2010.36-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R
Then a new cmd window opened for lik a second and then closes =S.
I have put the bin file in the right folder, I've tried this on my laptop and PC. With the same result. On both i'm using windows 7 Ultimate.
