I picked up a used N810 with an 8GB memory card for $300 on Friday... yeah it's not as cheap as ordering one from the internet but I didn't really want to, LOL.
There are barely any cosmetic faults (just a small chip in the paint on the plastic around the screen), and everything else works fine.
