If you're interested how you can create Extras-devel-uploadable files (tar.gz, changes, dsc) straight from QtCreator

If you're interested in the version of QtCreator that supports the 'skip packaging' option (i.e. copy instead of dpkg-buildpackage) see

Yes! I'm using this system myself. I had a little trouble with the debian "rules" file, but other than that, it works for me...
