sorry about reviving such an old thread. I wanted to ask that anyone here bought any N900 spare parts from AliExpress ? Im thinking of buying a keyboard for my beast.
The reason i want to buy a keyboard is because my N900's keyboard are a bit hard to press now.

Anyone here tried sticking a keyboard key back to the device ? I have accidentally removed a key from keyboard and want to stick it back. I think previously it was sticked using glue.

Just use glue.
I did that last summer. I found a brand that has a pin point applicator. It cost less then $10. Works fine.
I'll look for it later and let you know what kind I used.

. Waiting for your response so that I can purchase one for myself. Can you tell how you placed key at the exact location on keyboard ?

I can confirm what bradvesp said. In my case, I just used a cheap superglue from the supermarket, without a care for any particular brand. Use a small drop. You don't want it to spread all around the keyboard and glue all the keys in one homogenous mass.

It's a Loctite Super Glue Liquid Pen ($1.99 at Walmart). I followed the instructions on the package, applied the glue to the key's back, then used tweezers from a Swiss Army knife to set the key in it's place on the keyboard, and applied pressure for the time described in Loctite's instructions. The key's arn't as firm as those that didn't fall off, but they're fairly close.
I happened to see this information:
If that information is true, then, that means whatever we get in ebay & other stores is questionable!..of course with the exception of salvaging some part from a problematic but genuine product.
I wish I could find Nokia's terms and conditions document regarding replacements and spares...
