Just to let it know, mer derived project of maemo and debian can be installed on nokia tablets but also on openmoko's smartphone freerunner...
Do you know other non-nokia devices that support mer or maemo ?

It's in early stage, but you can judge for yourself by the video demo above , or install the bootable image of the system ...
