It recognizes Nokia N9 (Lucky (?) us!), and allows to re-install firmware easily, but.. something strange happens to me: I have 40.2012 (PR1.3) on my N9 (and it recognizes it), but.. it purposes to install 30.2012 (PR1.2) firmware.
Seems to produce correct result upon my N9 Product Code = 059J187

I've just checked NaviFirm and 059L5D0 = N9 RM-696 Country Variant Switzerland CH Black 16GB V1 is not available, whereas 059L5D4 the 64GB variant is for some reason. Ironically the Cyan 16GB 059L5H1 for Switzerland is available so whether just an act of omission who knows.
Of one thing we can be pretty sure of is that Microsoft won't have any intention of solving this issue unfortunately.

I have a high country variant, and the last update was made OTA..
Hints..?
[my product code is 059L5D0]
