I installed on app called "catblock", then I want to remove it in App.manager, But it failed and App.manager auto closed with an error tip: internal error.
This error lead to Upgrade failed.

Then I try to remove it in terminal with command: sudo apt-get purge catblock. failed too. error is :

Does anyone has good idea to remove this app ?

did you already try to reinstall it and then try to remove it?

Thanks very much, My fault. I will do it from now on.

Everyone , solution is
IF YOU WANT TO GET RID OF THAT CATBLOCK

sudo gainroot

rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/catblock.prerm

rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/catblock.*inst

apt-get purge catblock
